0.98 is great

Just want to say that thanks and 0.98 is great. The changes change the game in a good way and make the choices you make for fun. I am glad now to find some reactors now when before I just saw them as just some credits.

There are some bugs but overall this is one of the better version changes.

I have to say the same! What impressed me most was the lamplighter mission =)

First the Tragic story about the station Captain going mad

Then docking by coincidence to a station where I find someone who's selling me the coordinates for 10k rins.

Me firing at the station and getting the message that I should stop it ^^

The station Captain telling the story the exact other way and me given the decision who is right and who must be killed

And finally obtaining the lamplighter for testing =)

What impresses me most is the newly balanced economy. The reduced prices for weapons, devices etc. have made it much more sane. Now I don't have 200,000 credits in St. K's to spend, even with mining, which can get you 10K for a full load, if you're lucky.

The lamplighter rocks! I got it by promising not to stop the Antarctica, then letting the fleet rip it to pieces. That seemed to be the only way to do it, mostly because of that heavy launcher.
