Location: At the VSS Shipyards in the frontier, designing new ships.

most of the weapons will sell for the same price damaged or intact. Also, the basic centairan recoiless' cost is so low that finding an intact one is utterly pointless.

Try selling them in a different system than the one where you got them.
Prices vary now, depending on supply & demand.
