I just recently got an Eee PC netbook primarily so i could play transcendence wherever i go. But i have a pretty big problem. The only resolution that i can use is 1024x600 and when i try to play the game the very top and bottom of the screen get cut out.
i guess its not a huge problem because i can still play the game pretty well, its just that things such as the enhanced visuals dont work on the top and bottom and when im doing missions i cant tell where to go.
Is there anything that can be done to fix this problem??

you can try the /windowed switch.

Can you switch to 1280x800 ? I have no problems with this resolution (besides the 2 black bands at the sides of the screen, actually I even prefer it like that, because part of the HUD is "outside" the playing area)
