I thought that smuglling cargo for the Black market increased your rank to enforcer.But to my surprise, i neither smuggled for the boss nor sold them anything special.But wallah! I have my rank jump from Civillian to Enforcer in a matter of minutes. And yes, i didn't use any mod. That's a Black Market Bargain Sell!!!

The only thing that boosts your BM rank is purchasing illegal stuff from them, IIRC. So running missions for them or selling stuff to them doesn't affect your ranking. It's a bit of a shame because I'd love to see more BM missions and have them affect the game.
