Well, of course they do. Whenever you click on the mods link, you're already signed in or something, so it works for you instantly, while for us we have to do something different.
The general site one is fine with all that stuff, though.

I topens a new window with exactly the same site you were on where you clcik the link. If you clicked on it now...or the one above this post... then it would open a new window, exactly the same site and page, only refreshed and in a new window. In order to get your mods, I bookmark your link...and then click on the bookmark...

And I right-click, and choose "Save Target As". Which always gives me the same zip filename, with different contents.
