Easiest way is to load one of the godmods, GODMod, Taipan GodShip. Godmode, and use the built in feature which 'sets the Galactic map explored'; that is the semi-jargon for doing that.

You will need to do it for every adventure. Part 1 - Stars of the Pilgrim, Part 2 - Vault of the Galaxy and Eternity Port. Also for any other adventures which you have.

Also you need to make sure you load the expansions. So click on the boxes as you load the game. eg Corporate Command.

Then use the god mod feature. All of the systems will appear and have their name showing.

You can also use the debug console if you start Transcendence in 'debug mode'. Search the forum for how to start a 'debug mode' game.
Once you have started a game (can see the playership and fly around) press 'F9' and then type in:

Code: Select all

(enum (sysGetNodes) theNode (sysSetKnown theNode))
Then press 'Enter'.
"True" will appear in the debug screen.
After that all the systems will appear in the galactic map.

A handy tip is to save a screenshot of the map for future use. It saves doing this every time you want to check something.

But be warned, this is a BIG spoiler.
Stupid code. Do what I want, not what I typed in!

That is unfortunately an impossible request to fulfill since some unreleased expansions dont even have a topology generator in and thus there is no map to show for them! Its probably much more reasonable to see stuff thats been at least semi-publicly beta'ed though, like TSB (I'm ok with that getting shown) and TBR perhaps.
Note that human space is on a seperate map and scale from the galaxy as seen in Part 2 of D&O, so you would realistically view it as multiple maps

If George gives his okay on showing Eternity Port and Corporate Command topology, I’ll post a map of SotP, CC, EP, TSB, TBR, TTB, and Renegade’s topology after tomorrow’s stream.

Thanks all for considering. I'm curious to know what else I can explore and I think this would be like a teaser "20 things you can do" like in the base game.

Wow, that's a lot of star systems. I don't even where to begin if I were to play the whole first part. Makes me think if we were to play with all the systems, there should be factions that would severely limit us where we can go by threatening gate entrances, requiring licenses to get past escorts or blockades, or a sensor to detect stealth gates.

For star densities, I do feel the ungoverned territories are a lot more sparse than the rest of the galaxy. Perhaps the galactic map can be rearranged to be more evenly distributed except for clear storyline purposes.

To be honest, I’m to blame for the worst of that. SotP is the main “sickle” of stars, with Corporate Command as fairly straightforward additions to that. Eternity Port’s topology is a simple arc inside the main gateline. Renegade is the small region in the northwest, and The Stars Beyond is mostly the south and southeast of the map. The Backroads, by contrast, is shoehorned in and around everything else, skirting various other regions without actually claiming any for its own —that is what mostly makes the map look as messy as it does. I always used to play Scrabble mostly the same way, now that I think about it, so apparently that’s just sort of my style. <.< >.> <.<; …Oh right, and TTB adds two system to connect the TSB and TBR topologies.

Thanks for the map, it is really, REALLY a huge help for me! I'm not the greenest of newbies out there, but I'm still not that far in the game and do get lost quite often... I'm starting to wonder if I should go all low tech and print it out so that it's always by my side when I play without me having to reduce the window and open another one
