Strange message if Tinker recipe has no item components.

Since Tinkers seem to have unlimited decontamination services, I decided to add a recipe for a decontamination device that required nothing but cash (because Tinkers have plenty of decon stuff). When I tried it, the message read something like "...we need plus <###> credits..." It should not say "plus" if the recipe has no items required. Tinkers should give a more appropriate message for recipes that do not require items.
