CW Fortress won't acknowledge accomplished mission

Destroyed the Dwarg Colony, as per the mission, but the fortress keeps sending me out. To be sure I destroyed all the dwarg colonies in the area, but still nothing.

I can't load it. It doesn't appear on my load screen.
You seem to have made a registered save, which to my knowledge nobody than you can load

I've encountered this very same problem. There were three stations in the Dwarg colony and I destroyed all of them (double checked with the T key JIC any stations were overrlapping.) Went back to the Fortress and got chewed out for not completing the mission, and was told to go finish the job. So I traipsed back out to the Dwarg colony to check once again. It was totally destroyed.

I did notice that the mission marker was still pointing to the first Dwarg station I had destroyed, so my guess is that the code is not registering the station as destroyed and thereby cannot complete the mission.
I gaited out so the mission would fail, to allow me to continue further missions from the fortress.
