Yes, but that's a meta-typo (i.e., a typo in a typo report).

Ooops! That's my typo! I scribbled the description down on paper during a game, after I found the XML typo. Kinetic is spelled correctly in the XML.

Note: This was a deliberate DP so the typo could get recognized easily.

I am a slow player, meaning it may be days between "turns." I finally figured out why m ship was not worthy of military missions. So I finally have rank enough for Point Juno missions and what do I see:

I'm general Verner and Point Juno is my Stronghold. This should be General.

It's line 322 in the PointJuno XML.
