Credits under 0???

I downloaded the Sealed Cargo Container Expansion from Xelerus and I started a new game. I found an abandoned cargo after a while, and the thief stoled me some credits, sending my credits under 0!
I tried to buy some light titanium armor with -4546 credits, and Commonwealth says me: you can buy -206 light titanium armor!
Well, sure this is a mod, but I think this should be fixed... credits can't go under 0, they should stop when reaches 0, don't think so?

Negative creds are fine and *should* be quite possible (for instance, when you are decontaminated, you shouldn't die simply because you can't pay them *in cash*). Think of it like a credit card, you can go into debt, but they won't let an adventurer accumulate more than, say, 250 creds of debt before they start seizing equipment.
That said, going into negative creds is not supported in the mainline game and doesn't really work, which is why an un-modded game will never let you go there.

Just to correct you, BrolyLSSJ5, there are no expansions to the game. Only extensions, or Add-Ons, to create more choices. An expansion would mean a whole new Storyline, or hundreds of new ships. Thats the difference in a nutshell. Just ask if you want more.

Uhmmm... sisters tell me a 9-10 digits number to tithe, and doing that credits get back to zero, but for sisters I don't have tithe anything!
The point isn't the mod, but the credits system in main Transcendence.
The game should not leave credits go under zero in any case, but stop when reaches zero... I don't think credits like a credit card, because main game doesn't let you go into debt.

why should the game limit what mods can do? If a mod wants to allow you to go into negative credits then let it there would be a couple of things for the mod maker to fix that that isn't hard.

In this case, for a little more realistic game!

I know Transcendence isn't realistic (it's a futuristic space game!), but credits are money! Can your money (not credit card) go under zero? Impossible!

your money in a bank can go under zero
Remember credits are not physical.
