Just finished a game - well, almost.

Rather than dying and leaving a wreck, the Iocrym Command Ship blew itself to a million little pieces.

Pretty, but it makes it hard to get through the gate... :?

This happened to me also (I used the orb that stripped my shields and made the Iocrym vulnerable)

just make a mod that makes the hyperglyph rod order-able, you deserve it.

This problem is fixed in 0.99b.

Finally I don't have to tune all my special anti-command ship weapons to exactly the right damage!
