Dorne. Dorne visited 27 star systems and destroyed 1592 enemy ships, including an Iocrym-class command ship. He never reached the Galactic Core.

This is what it says when I enter the heretic gate. I already used my insurance (after getting killed by some commonwealth battleship). Is there any problem here?

That also happens when just resurrecting without insurance. I don't resurrect at free will but I'm forced to at times because we have frequent power outages where I am--and when it goes out during a game, it's listed as a resurrection and not a basic save when reloading.
So, it states: "...He never reached the Galactic Core." When entering the "final" gate afterward.
