[bug]Ringer Shipyard's hyperion speech

If you have no space to remove your old reactor, it says:
We can replace your reactor with Hyperion reactor
We can replace your reactor with Hyperion reactor
As you enter the shipyard, a greeter scans you and says, "Earthican, welcome. Your account balance at 0 rin. Continue and observe, but Collective not accepts Commonwealth money."
