I am having problems with the new NVidia drivers (91.31) and Transcendence. It runs but it looks very odd. I tried to printscreen it but the printscreen looked fine. :P

rolling back to an old version fixed it but it might become an issue later on if something changed. (and I need to upgrade drivers for a different game)

Don't dismiss the problem, PlayMeNow. I had a similar problem with an older version of the game.

Does the current version have a debug/video setting?

... there is no DirectX 9.0D. If you can give me a link to a page on microsoft saying differently then I would believe you but I find nothing saying that. (and I would never download a directly linked exe)
I just got this computer last month and updated everything so I know I have the newest direct X (9.0c).

What PlayMeNow is linking you to is the resdistributible version of DirectX 9.0c
Microsoft wrote:The DirectX Redist is recommended for those users that do not have internet connection during installation or need to reinstall the DirectX 9.0c core runtime.
'DirectX Redist' was linked at microsoft.com to the file that PMN has hotlinked in his post. It is the developer package of DirectX 9.0c to release with games, apps, and such.
