Minor communcations channel bug

Sorry, I actually noted this a few revs back, but keep forgetting to mention it.
I've also only tested with autons, not with wingmen.
So one of the more recent features I noticed is that there is a range for communications with autons/wingmen now and you're not supposed to be able to communication across an entire system. That seems to work fine when communicating with a single unit, but when you select 'squadron', it effects all units in the same system with you no matter how far away.
It's kind of an annoyance if you park your mules somewhere across the system near a gate and use a squadron order with your battle autons then your mules come running over.
Minor bug though I think. Probably shouldn't be enough to hold back a 1.0 release.

It definitely makes it trickier to use the mule. I wonder if it wouldn't be a better idea to have mules only accept orders through "C" -> "assignedLetter" -> "Wait/Follow" and ignore all "Q" squadron orders.

P.S. Mule auton orders could then be explained to the player on the mule dock screen.
