Shiptables are broken in 1.03

When using Transdata 2.0 to extract the shiptables, I ran across the following output:
It doesn't matter if you have extensions, the only place <SystemPartTable> is found is in Transcendence.xml. And it doesn't matter if you delete it, either. The only way I found to get rid of this error message was deleting Transcendence.xml and Transcendence.tdb... but that brings up a completely different error message, as you might imagine.
