I don't think I have any mods that would be doing this, but anyway:

In one of the early systems I picked up a NAMI launcher with +Fast. How +Fast, you ask? Try fifteen shots per second!

Now, it could just be me, but that doesn't quite seem right. Not that I'm complaining, mind you, since I can take out major stations with Longbows in just a second or two, but it seemed worthy of note.

Wow. Even the Makeyev only does 10 a second (un modified).

That could be a bug, but I've never used a +Fast on a NAMI before.

That's awesome, but its also not a bug AFAIK; places will occasionally pre-enhance weapons, and they are correspondingly more expensive.

It just seemed like an excessive enhancement to be getting from a vendor. I mean, I saved Korolov by holding down the Shift key and letting about 150 Stilettos rip.

On the other hand, you are out by 150 stilettos. But yeah, it /is/ a bit on the silly side, even if it would cost quite a bit to buy I imagine.

I made a station that only sells enhanced items, perhaps that is the one you're using?

The first couple versions were not balanced at all. I once found a FFH +Fast at 30shots/sec

You should post the debug log output for the mods that were loaded, just in case.

Unless Northwind Devices alters the basic-game weapons, I don't have anything that would conceivably be affecting it. As for the price, I bought it without batting an eye just a system or two into the game.

There is an enhancer in the mod that works on NAMI, Rasiermesser, and Northwind launchers. That would give a 20% boost same as a ROM would. That's an installed device though and you'd know you had it. And it would only push a NAMI to 2.5 shots/second. Other than that there's nothing that should effect things, though if it were something from a Northwind dealer it would mean the bug might be mine. You shouldn't be getting anything NAMI from those though.

without a list of the mods you are running, we cannot help you much with this.
To me, it sounds like a modded enhancement.
