V1.07 - CSS Terra won't reequip lamplighter

If I unequip the lampligher, the Terra won't reequip it. Instead they state that the weapon is beyond their technology to install. In previous versions they did indeed reequip the item. This is my first bug report, sorry if this is in the wrong place.

When could the Fleet reequip the Lamplighter? Every time I tried this in various games across versions, the Fleet could not reequip the Lamplighter. The Fleet, at least Point Juno and/or CSC Terra, should be able to reinstall the weapon.

It's probably not a regression, but it still seems wrong that the CSC Terra would not install the Lamplighter the second time. I think it would be OK to change this.

Funny,I thought it was normalcy that CSC's don't reinstall the Lamplighter....Thanks MReynolds for bringing this up.
I think it's crazy that they don't.

CSC Terra and Point Juno dock services can now both install the lamplighter as of 1.08b.
