"Unable to open file for writing"

Transcendence doesn't seem to like running in dropbox, while I've never had issues with any other program writing files in it. Its as if its unable to maintain a usage lock on the file. This error occurs while downloading tdbs, and beta 4 seems worse than betas 1/2/3 at it.

I'll add some sharing flags to allow the file to be opened even if others are trying to read it. Thanks!
