Insurance and Self-destruct

As it is currently, when you self destruct with insurance active you get resurrected. This can be a bit annoying; I usually use the self destruct only to end a game; I can think of several instances where using the self destruct and collecting on insurace could be useful, though; for example, when your shields are about to die versus a swarm of ventari cruisers.

So, what I propose is this: Add a confirmation screen saying 'Do you wish to continue?' Or some such with a yes/no button on it.

Yes! Or a little reminder somewhere that ou have insurance. I se;f-destructed once, because my wingman died. I then realized that I had bought Insurance.
