So far, here are the known bugs:

1) In the new ship select screen, devices with the possibility of being unknown are still uknown despite being "installed".
- Found by Yugi -

2) Docking with the Korolev station in Charon while the pirates are attacking causes the station to become an ordinary Korolev.
- Found by Yugi -

3) The image in the dockscreen of the Arena is broken. (It is technically correct since that is the whole image, but it looks rubbish).

4) The enhancement(s) from the Laser Collimator and Cannon Accelerator do not show up in the main screen bit.

- Found by Betel, Bulzmari and probably a few other people -

Any more info on this bug? It doesn't seem possible from the code.

The Cannon Accelerator doesn't function, or else it just doesn't show the enhancement on the screen. I can't tell.

In the ship configuration screen (your cargo hold) it shows as enhanced.

5) Spelling error in CSC Europa mission:
Transcendence wrote:The bridge is completely smashed. Bodies float around in zero-G amid the shreded remains of consoles and other electronic equipment."
Shreded should be shredded.

6)
Transcendence wrote:An EI500-class Freighter armed like a battleship and a lonely pilot heading for the Core. Another plaything for the Gods. What a waste
.
But it's not an EI500 any more, isn't it? It's now a "EI100-X" or something along those lines.

BIG BUG!

7) Sometimes, on CSC and fortress escort missions (the superfreighter and the new transport one), the thing I'm escorting will stop head to it's destination for a while, and do loops!

I'm escorting it, and then it decides to go around in circles for 10-20 seconds or so. This is REALLY annoying, primarily cos it's an escort mission.

This happens to me on about a quarter of escort missions.

Edit: Oh, and it's only ever happened when I've been escorting it from gate->gate and gate->CSC.

"Ten thousands stories" is grammatically incorrect.

After further testing, I have found that throughout the entirety of the game it is an ordinary Korolev.

9) A recurring thing that has appeared in previous versions - The fort is on top of the gate. It's not exactly terrible, but it is annoying:

Edit: In the same system:

That old freighter is docked, by the way.

10) This is a possible bug - Mining is very slow.
Using both the Mining Laser and Plasma Torch, I get about one "block" of ore out of about every hundred shots. This is horribly slow. Either this is a bug or just bad design...

Edit: I've further tested this, and sometimes I get six or seven blocks of ore for every hundred and sometimes I get none.

11) In the Rasiermeisser dockscreen, why is a large segment of the background devoid of stars?

Try shooting rocks that actually have ores in them. You don't really expect infinite money from a single rock? It only takes one shot to bring it out, and after that stop trying and move on to another rock.

That's what I do.

How do I know what rocks have ore in them? I've just been shooting at random rocks. They all look the same, they're just different sizes.

You don't; you just shoot every rock. I fail to see the problem here.
Shoot rocks, get ore, sell ore, profit. It's designed rather well.

I'm getting the same problem with the Charon Korolev station. Managed to save it and didn't even get a "thankyou." I should just blow them up.

EDIT: Wait... I went to get a mission from them, and it said something like "After a violent pirate attack, the command center is nearly destroyed."

Don't know if this is normal, but it doesn't seem like it would be.
