.98a bug

I don't know if this was in .98 but when the wolfen equips the earliest drive it goes slower than what it was before it equipped it.

I thought that the thrust of the upgrades was supposed to be added to the thrust of the engine now.

*EEEN!* Wrong, PlayMeNow. George changed it a few versions ago to be cumulative, making this, indeed, a bug. Version 0.96a was when the change was made.

Actually, I think PlayMeNow and fossaman are both right!
A few versions ago I made the thrust cumulative. But I neglected to apply that to the max speed of the ship, so that never worked.
In the next version, the max speed of a ship will be either the original max speed of the class or the max speed confered by the device (whichever is greater).
