Bug: Tinker can be docked with while player is radioactive

I just docked with a tinker while I was radioactive. Tinker didn't care that I smelled funny, and was happy to trade. Thats probably not supposed to happen.

Well, keep in mind that this is the same tinker that will happily turn your radioactive waste into a poison spewing weapon. He probably has quite a bit of decon gel on hand.

Then it would make sense for him to decontaminate your ship (and charge a small fee of course)
