Wait a minute...
Where does Avian Enterprises go? Are they part of CH, or AIC? Is K3 a buisness? If so, where do they stand?

 Avian Enterprises and K3 are both former CH. So is Bane, actually. Both Bane and K3 tried for hostile takeovers of AE (in a sort of shoot-you-in-the-face-and-loot-the-body sort of way), but neither was successful. Bane proceeded to denounce approximately everything and now just want to cause as much chaos and destruction as they can before they’re inevitably eradicated. (This partially and indirectly led to the formation of Lambda, incidentally, whom AE generally tries to pretend don’t exist.) The CH punted K3 out on the grounds that they weren’t really a viable corporation after losses from the failed takeover. After those two debacles, Avian Enterprises yelled at the CH about their ongoing war with the AIC as opposed to helping more on the Ares front — Ares being actively hostile and the AIC probably being willing to just drop it if not for continued CH aggression — and then basically told the CH where they could go and what they could do with themselves when they got there. Fast forward a few decades. K3 and AE both still have bad blood, K3 is trying to get back into the CH now that they’re not in the red (or at least less in the red), Bane is still omnicidal, and AE has mostly normalized relations with most of the CH but refuses to be a part of it anymore. …Also AE is on good terms with the AIC, but preemptively declined signing on — they’re not really based in the same area of Human Space for any sort of mutual support. …Also also yes, AE does have some sort of connection to the Charon pirates, but AE’s not talking so nobody’s quite sure what. (Including me. ^.^; )
