As you all know I think the New Effects are a little ahead of their time.....
In Midst of Dragons those of you that tried it ( thank you ) have seen me restore older effects
as well as some older weapons......
I wanted to nerf the new effects in the Beta release before they drive me nuts with shots bigger then the ship so I put a quick file together and hope those that might like to try it with just the effects and weapons would like to have a copy......
so it's posted.
This only deals with weapons and effects: not ships and stations ...I am basically sure this time.
