Initial prototype release.
Includes two weapons.
One is a dual lightning beam that fragments into 'greenparticle' beams.
The other does that, and then fragments into still more beams.
The idea of these is to destroy or cripple everything close by. Stronger ships coming after you will just be irradiated or be disabled by EMP...unless you keep firing. The strong version shown in the screenshot on xelerus took down a few Iocrym vessels without any trouble.
I may edit the damage though to make it a bit less powerful, and tweak it a bit if anyone's interested. Suggestions are welcome.
