shields never be disabled by reactor overload

It would be really nice if shields would never be disabled by reactor overload. That has killed me more than once, though the 150NX almost solved those problems when it was introduced. There is no reason ship manufacturers would let a ship disable the main safety device in a ship, they could be sued if some miner decided a patch spider would be a good idea.

Uh, well, I think the idea is to buy a bigger reactor, but I must add that it IS a problem once you reach the 1GW cap since george has yet to add anything bigger. At least there should be a hyperion Mk2 to accomodate energy guzzling shields and devices like the iocrym ones.
