build your own sovereign

An offshoot of the old buy a station idea that I like is building up your own sovereign. You can buy ships, stations, and planets to build up your own sovereign. Think of owning all of human space calling the shots.

If need be it could be used to make parts 2 or 3 very different from part one.

I relish the thought.

First you would have to establish a means by which the current sovereigns could conquer one another, though.

[edit] you know... you kinda could do the ship part of that with my reinforcement roms...
now just implement buying stations...
