
onFireWeapon event (suggestion)

This would be an awesome function to have since then we could do all sorts of things, such as alpha strike weapons and weapons with special functions and all sorts of stuff like that. It would be great if you'd implement this in 1.0 George!

just to be clear do you want the version that goes on ships or on weapons?

Wont there be a problem with event spamming? Like the onUpdate event, it could be triggered a ridiculous amount of times, if a weapon with this event got placed on ai ships. Should it be restricted to weapons installed on playership?

Well, some weapons might actually need that to be used, nomatter what ship they are on.
