RC9 and suspension of disbelief

Okay, I've said this before, and I guess I'll have to say it again...

Consider a new player to the game (once we have an official 1.0)...

He goes on one mission he got from one of the stations near Epsilon Eridani. Next station he docks at tells him, "If you're looking for Arco Vaughan...".

Now, I know, if the player has been living there, he should know about Arco Vaughan and Raisu Station, but the person playing the game hasn't been living there.

So, again I'm going to complain that the player should not be "looking for Arco Vaughan" before he hears about Raisu Station and it's problem with Arco Vaughan.

If nothing else, could there at least be a news item in the information at Starton Eridani, describing the situation as ongoing?

Better yet, when you get back from your first mission, perhaps the station that just paid you could hint about the problem with Raisu Station, and how Arco Vaughan and the Centauri Warlords have them under duress.

However, please don't leave it like this for 1.0's official release.

PS, are there any other places in the game where reference is made to something, assuming the player already knows about it, when in fact, he shouldn't (because he hasn't gotten that information yet in the game)?

I figured the station master's thought that I was looking for Arco Vaughn because I was flying around in a ship with some punch, and maybe I'd do them all a favor if I went after him.
