How Sad, whole families are living in cargo containers way out beyond the stations.
Instead of being annoyed perhaps I can offer to take them to The Sisters to where my contributions of rice, food and cash can be used to make the homeless homeful?
Of course the Sisters will take caskets of dead slaves and reward me generously for that, but seem to do very little for the tens of thousands of credits I dump into the nunnery floating in space... They take my prayer stones, yet when I contemplate I understand that there is no way to touch the minds at the center of the galaxy from so far off.
Perhaps if I brought living people in need, demonstrating that I am a compassionate person who cares for the living as well as the dead, maybe the Sisters will see that I am really truly 'worthy' of visions.
Besides, it would clean up the homeless situation out there in those systems....
Homelessness is a real issue in Trancendence.
