i was thinking last night if it was possible to make transcendence in other languages

And building in easy localization capabilities into a programm afterwards nearly always ends in a mess!
Though you could always start with simply translating all the xml's and translate them! Though as Shrike stated it'll be a lot(!) of work! And for the next version you'd be lost or you'd need to apply all the code changes or start over again!
And I guess there are also several things hardcoded that you cannot access to localize!
