The actinide really should be military, given the XM300's are.

If that's the case, it's because black market doesn't care about luxury, and this item can be nullified, seeing as there's already a Neurohack portable player.

is my suggestion, the private settlement, possible to be modded?

I mean, like with the news, and the wingmen docking in it?

The private settlement idea IS possible, but would require alot of code.

Making a useable item that creates the station is easy, writing all the news and wingmen/wingwomen backstory takes some creativity and LOTS of dockscreens.

Yeah it should be possible, but like Prophet said, it will take a lot of work with Dockscreens - that's the reason that Hell's Trinity has been neglectd for a long time now. Dockscreens, backstory etc all take a lot of work and creativity and coveying all of that within the constraints of DS's is quite difficult, as they can be troublesome to program.

Still, if you start small and build up, it should be a manageable project and make you feel slightly less like a sucidal pilgrim. :D
