Location: Fighting Solarites and Halon pirates in the Frontier.

Is it odd that I kind of like the Urak Destroyer?
1. You can see the gun mounts for the mass driver
2. Their Howitzer is a good weapon for flaking enemy targets

Weird things I have noticed about them:
1. Their gun mounts do not move :(
2. They don't seem to shoot them properly. Instead, only one shot appears.

Maybe we should do something about them?
Mk.3 Dual howitzer + 30% (Hexagene Booster) + Makayev weapon enhancer (+75%) + Wolf-class heavy gunship/Monitor = :D :o :shock: :lol: :twisted:

Unfortunately turret models can't be practically animated in transcendence, not without suffering from complex alignment issues and large spritesheets.

It would be cool to give them appropriate multi-shot-origin-point weapons for the sprite though.

However, I'm glad you like the ship! You might enjoy some of the future plans for this ship in upcoming non-SotP development. :wink:

oh.
Even then, anything with visible turrets intimidates me.
Things that have visible turrets
1. Urak Destroyer
2. (Barely) Charon frigate
3. Solarite Destroyer
4. Solarite Battleshup
5. Anton Nasser/Svarog
6. Goanna-class picket frigate
There are probably more.
