I did this in Transcendence Rebalanced for the Ares capships, but at the time I didn't alter the others.
The Deimos got +/-30 degrees. The Phobos got +/-10.
The Deimos was closer to "right" but the Phobos has visual problems with wider swivel in my opinion.
