Poor Tinkers?

With the selling max limit in stores = max'd, normally when you buy something from them you can sell more items up to the amount of the item you bought. T'is the reason why I never buy until after I sell.

But with the Tinkers, sell all my useless junk until they max out, and then go to convert all my "useful" junk items into goodies, they still can't afford to buy any more junk. For every item they convert they receive 50 credits and with the freighter, I usually have enough damaged turbolasers to convert into 6-10 duel turbo's.

So I pay them anywhere from $300-$500 credits per mass conversion, they should be able to afford paying that amount for more junk items--but they still can't afford it!
Will this be corrected in the future?

Maybe the money you pay is used to cover the cost of repair and conversion of the product you are trying to get, and the rest may go to employees. This could probably be mentioned by having them say something like; "Well, business has been going kind of slow lately, so the employees aren't getting as much money as they used to"

It does make sense when you put it that way. Variations on the "can't afford to buy" replies would also be more appealing as well.

In the regular buy dockscreen when the plyCharge deducts the price of an item from the player, it also credits the station with (objCredit gSource (multiply itemCount itemCost)) found in the global intBuyItems.

When a tinker performs custom work, the plyCharge is performed but no following objCredit gSource is used.

Well, that sucks. now I can't do custom work, sell more shiztamatos, and do MORE custom work, etc.

Or someone could create a tinker mod and upload it. You could make it so every time you pay for custom work, the tinker station recieves more than you are paying, that way it is great for us hardcore custom dudes.
