I'm currently running the ASUS EeePC, which has the max resolution size of 800 x 480. Is there any way to reduce the size of transendence to this resolution? The speed is just fine, and I ran it in wine.

Unfortunately, there is no way that I can see. Transcendence is designed for a minimum of 1024x768. Sorry about that.
