out-of-fuel timer

it seems to have been removed...

And running out of fuel already used to be my #1 cause of death.. now it's just too easy to die from this. (especially since I like to wait till the very end to refuel).
Before I thought I was just missing the timer because I was on autopilot. I just discovered that it was because it got removed.

I could swear it still has a timer... at least, I think it does. No timer only if I don't have any fuel to use... If I do then I have a timer. I'll go try again right quick...

Took longer than I thought, due to outside distractions. I still get the timer as long as I have usable fuel in my cargo bay.
My first mod, mostly done, still balance testing.
