Small feature request: System list with annotations.

Would it be possible to add an in-game list of the star systems that have been visited, along with the option to add some notes to each?

I usually lose track of where I am and what systems contain interesting stuff when I save and don't play the game for a few hours. Having in-game notes would make it easier to pick up playing where I left off.

That was done a long time ago by Periculi and he has allowed me to redistribute it with the VUI mod available on Xelerus.

Is it possible for a mod/feature like this that records the plot sections you've found so far? (Eg. The contents of the Arco ROM, what the First Contact memorial tells you, what the Iocrym AI tells you).....? Because backtracking is really annoying some times when you want to go over some plot, but can't remember it.
