I experienced a crash in 1.0.
The events that preceded the crash:
(1) I produced some ore with a mining laser.
(2) A nomad and I arrived at the ore simultaneously. I grabbed the ore, but it was still present for a moment after I closed the ore/dock screen.
(3) I shot the nomad accidentally, and left the area. Here's the log:
