Ringer shipyards won't replace your armor if your credit balance is below the rin cost, even if you have plenty of rin.
I don't know if this invalid validity check extends to other operations as well.

Hmm, now that I've re-read that it doesn't seem very clear, so I'll explain it with an example.
Say you're docked at a shipyard that accepts Rin currency. It charges 200 Rin to replace an armor segment.
Say you have 15,000 Rin but only 50 credits.
The bug is that the shipyard, looking at your 50 credits, will not allow you to replace your armor, even though the station would charge you Rin which you have plenty of.
