Odd behaviour with station's credit replenish

In the <Trade> element of stations there is the attribute 'replenish' which indicates how many credits a station gains during the update every ~12500 ticks. However, stations that do not have a <Trade> element start with 0 credits (which makes perfect sense) but on their first update, their credit balance jumps to ~50000 credits! CW Residentials and container habitats specifically, I have not checked if this is the case with all stations.

On a side note, objCredit, objCharge, and ObjGetBalance do not work on ships, only stations.

Is this intended or are these bugs?
