Ship changing and capacitors

When changing ships, if the old ship has a capacitor weapon, and it is still charging, the new ship will still have the capacitor charge icon on the HUD, but it will be frozen. The icon will go away if you change back to the old ship and fire the weapon. It probably applies to anything that has a capacitor.
