+Device Protect as an armor enhancement and as a weapon enha

What do you guys think about having +DeviceProtect as an applicable enhancement to armors and weapons (on a weapon it won't get damaged).
I know that the Sung armor has it already, but it would be nice to have a barrel or rom that can add device protect.
I'll let discussion (if any) go for a week before I make a ticket on Trac.
