Complaints about point juno

alright, I put so much effort into getting the point juno mission, I save their useless @$$es, using a GoC and my insurance in the process, and just because of a lttle friendly fire (understandable when fighting a swarm of 20+ sandstorms), they won't let me dock! shouldn't point juno have the "noblacklist" attribute?
