Make the shot opject accessible in onFireWeapon

Location: At the VSS Shipyards in the frontier, designing new ships.

Its a bit silly that in order to access it you cant take advantage of confirmations and must instead use sysCreateWeaponFire and override the original projectile, yet functions like <onFragment> can access the shot object.
