Turn the names of destroyed stations grey on the map.

A rather simple suggestion: After and while clearing a system, turrets and the like tend to obscure the icons that show whether a station is alive or dead, as does a zoomed out minimap. If the normally gold station names became a darker color when destroyed, it would be easier to navigate systems and examine their contents at a glance.
