That would solve one problem, but not any of the others.

You seem to be the only one who thinks they're problems. In fact, you seem to be the only one who thinks farming is a problem. I've never heard anyone but you ever mention even the idea of farming them. I know I don't even dock at the wrecks except by accident. 90% of installed weapons are damaged or destroyed and they don't have anything else.
