This idea has been proposed before, but I would like to reiterate. Could it be made so that ICXs can have parameters other than target= "missile" or can that be done already?
It would also be nice if missiles had (or rather could have) hp so that using an omni-particle beam weapon ICX would be more effective than the omni-laser ICX.
