Crash/lock-up with massive gravity wells

Location: At the VSS Shipyards in the frontier, designing new ships.

The game will freeze and eventually give a 'application not responding' popup if a system has a massive gravity well in it. I believe that this is due to ships or maybe stations? starting inside of the death-zone on entrance, which causes the game to stop working.
